Lots of great memories from a Christmas visit to Poland.
First day of 2016 is nearly over. No computer and no time to write here regularly.
As usual, a new waitress served us at a Turkish restaurant at lunchtime. Her English was not very advanced, but she was very nice. Two months ago she came to England from the south of Italy. She works ten hours a day, seven days a week. It takes her two hours each way to get to and from work, but she is glad to have a job.
If we understood her correctly, she needs to send money back home to help her family.
Life has a different scenario for each of us...
