The purpose of this blog is to share in English some of my experiences in life and to hear about yours. I learnt English as a child and I’ve been teaching it to others so they can live better lives in the English-speaking world. Please contact me if you need help learning or improving your English and/or would like to visit places on and off the beaten track.
Thank you for your comment. I've been away and only seen it now. Yes, both of the places are indeed worth a visit. I've been there too, more than once. Actually, we made a slight detour to see Chalfont on the way from Chesham. There is also a nice open air farm museum in the area with a reconstructed dwelling from the well bygone times. It reminds me of a recreated prehistoric settlement in Krzemionki Opatowskie, Poland, where you can visit a neolitic flint mine. I took a group of my Polish students along with our English student-guests some 12 years ago and last weekend went there with an English friend. They all liked it a lot. Any other places you would recommend?
I havent been there, but I went to chessam and amersham last year and it is lovely worth while go and explore these places.
