Like many others, I've fallen in love with this secluded corner of Crete, and with the mountainous inland. It was great to wake up early this morning and go for a hike, and then stop atop a hill and introduce a friend to an exercise routine introduced last week by the workshop leader, Agnieszka Sypek, a truly charismatic woman.
