When I got to Putney I was ready for an espresso and the one I got at Leonardo's by the station was exactly to my liking. The same girl who served me last week remembered about hot milk, no froth! I was thrilled!

Who can live there?
At a Thai grocer's in Putney I saw boiled salted duck eggs. The lady behind the counter explained to me that the eggs are soaked in salty water for two weeks and then boiled.
Two interesting items at Putney Octavia shop: a picture and a book on London with illustrations by the author:
