When we got to Folkestone, we found the building covered in scaffolding with plastic sheeting. Was it yet another installation for the Folkestone Art Festival? No... It was the activity of the building owners!

Folkestonians are very clever, I must say. Look, they have a way to hold up the clouds so the sun could shine on their whereabouts. As it is Sunday, they need blue sky over the countryside and seashore more than in the town centre!
