11th, formerly 12th, day of Christmas!

In England, by tomorrow, all the Christmas decorations must be gone, otherwise it brings bad luck. I don't think that this 'rule' is so much obeyed in Poland. It wasn't in my family home. Sometimes the glorious (especially if it was plastic) Christmas tree would stand in the living room, well... for much longer.
I consulted dear Wiki  to discover that earlier they could stay till February the 2nd, the Festival of Candlemas celebrating the Presentation of Jesus at the Temple: http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Twelfth_Night_(holiday) and http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/File:Twelfth001.jpg - what a nice picture!
